My guest is Ravi Sahay, he’s not a doctor, or a medical researcher— he’s an empowered patient who has recovered from several chronic diseases and conditions and has written two books on his recovery.

In his books, he exemplifies the power of lifestyle changes by using an integrative (holistic) approach in healing and prevention of chronic conditions.

His first book, where he received a scholarly award, “My Health is Your Wealth” is based on Ayurveda and candida. And his most recent book , “May You BE Healthy, Well-being for Pennies a Day” is based on Ayurvedic wisdom and the microbiome.
