140 Kgs x 10 DEADLIFT

Despite having a pretty mediocre/lackluster night of sleep, I am pretty satisfied with this! I have resolved to do a bit slower and more controlled reps, and really focus on doing more tight and consistent form, instead of gripping and ripping it as fast as possible, and obsessing over trying to get a new rep PR, which I think contributed to my lower back, gluteal tweak. This is not a rep PR, as my previous was 12 with this weight. However, I was already committed to not going for more than that anyway, and just focus on tighter technique and performance. I was not even planning to go for ten reps, but the weight was actually feeling pretty good, and moving fairly well, so I decided to go for a bit more. I think I definitely had at least 1-2, if not more in the tank, so I think if I REAAALLY wanted to grind it out, I could have hit a rep PR. However, as I mentioned previously, I am trying not to go to failure as much as I can manage it. Good day, today! 🤟🏻
