Selma, NC - Born in Monroe, North Carolina, Dr. Leon Threatt is a man of integrity who builds his life around prayer and the Word of God. He grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and, after graduating high school, he began his professional career in the United States Marine Corps where he served for ten years. Subsequently, he joined the Charlotte Police Department where he served until June of 1996.

Dr. Threatt is a graduate of the International Bible Seminary and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Ministry and a Doctorate of Practical Theology from the Master’s School of Divinity.

Dr. Leon and his wife, Pastor Carol, minister the Word of God by the power and leading of the Holy Spirit. They are blessed with three beautiful children: Emmanuel and his wife Adrienne, Andrea and her husband Micah, Jakayla, and three grandchildren (Harmony, EJ and Andraus), as well as a host of spiritual children, family and friends.

Dr. Threatt is the author of “Storm Warnings.” In this premiere book release, he communicates the state of America, the Church and Society at large, and gives us an in-depth look at what is soon to occur in America and the nations of the world.
