However, with advances in the CRISPR technology and bioengineering, millions of people have ALREADY been "DNA-edited", awaiting the bio-trigger that will suddenly kill them all.

Vadimr Putin is selectively targeting these bio-weapon labs, just as what we would do if such a threat were discovered on OUR borders....
