How To Train Your Cat: Beginners Start Here

I've made it easy to start training your cat with this beginner series. In the first part of this cat training tutorial, your cat will learn to follow a finger target. In the second part, you will use the finger target to guide your cat over a leg jump. Consider this a warm-up series that you can start even before you get your clicker training tools. Watch the end where I have my first session with a neighborhood cat named Liza. When I'm training my cat Jones, I substitute the clicker for a verbal market, 'YES'. When I'm out with Liza, I'm making a clicking sound with my mouth. Both are fine for this easy tutorial, but when we work on more precise tricks, like high five, you will need your clicker training tools.
