Day 5 of the New Zealand Anti-mandate Protest at Parliament in Wellington. Despite miserable weather, thousands showed up.

People are camping on the lawn and under the trees. The lawn is in a muddy, soggy state due to heavy rain and Speaker of the House, Trevor Mallard ordering the sprinklers turned on during the night to deter the protestors and make them uncomfortable. Currently, the prime minister Jacinda Adern, nor any other politicians from the government or opposition have come to speak to the people. Day 5 was peaceful and no violence or arrests occurred between protestors and the police.

Filmed between 3pm & 5pm on February 12, 2022.
