A Real Hate Crime

Meth using mother screams at her baby ("he's not a baby, he's 3½!") again.
She calls him spoiled and manipulative and he needs to show her respect.

This time she didn't throw him into hysteria. He's a toddler and only wants approval and love. She blames him for his poor behaviour.

Building management refused to intercede on his behalf. Isn't this a gangster hate crime by bureaucracy and indifference?
