I am dialing back all of my Training Maxes to focus on building technique/performance, and also to give myself a bit of a break, and manage my fatigue levels. I am pretty happy with this overall. I am not entirely sure if this is a rep PR, but I do not have any recorded entries in my log book of me doing as much as this with this weight, so I am going to count it as one, hahaha. I think I could have grinded out tenth rep, but I lost my balance a little on the last one, resulting in it being quite grindy (also just fatigue, obviously), and I am trying to end my sets with at least one rep in the tank if I can help it, to also better manage my fatigue. All in all, a good day🤟🏻
