In this video I will show you how I make a Strawberry Protein Shake, (My wife loves these for breakfast)

Recipe:

8 to10 frozen whole strawberries
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
top off with vanilla soy milk

combine ingredients in a blender cup and enjoy!
