With the death and devastation of war, it can be a challenging subject for adults to grapple with, never mind small children.

But, experts say it’s an important conversation to have – especially since children are likely to hear about the conflict in Ukraine, whether it be from friends, online or at school.

So how do we talk to them about it? Sarah Ryan spoke to an expert.
