Somethings wrong with my buddies car!! Ruttttt Roooooooo!!!!

My buddy texted this to me to show me the funny sound his car is making. Sounds like a wheel is going to fall off to me!! Hope not but I found his lugnuts put on backwards on one wheel and told him to fix it or he'd wished he had!!
