INGREDIENTS :
600 grams lamb chunks
3 large peeled & chopped carrots
4 large chopped potatoes
1 vegetable stock cube
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
2 medium chopped onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
11 cups hot water
1 cup gravy granules
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in large pot add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
.add 600 grams lamb chunks, cook until browned
.once browned add 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, stir and set aside
.in same pot add 2 medium chopped onions and cook until tender
.add lamb back into the pot and stir
.add 3 cups hot water, 1 vegetable stock cube
.stir until stock cube dissolves
.leave to simmer uncovered for 45 minutes
.add 3 large peeled & chopped carrots, 4 large chopped potatoes, stir well
.add 6 cups of hot water and stir well
.cook on high heat for 45 minute until vegetables soften
.add 1 cup of gravy granules and stir well
.add 2 cups hot water, stir well
.cook on high for 10 to 15 minutes
