The TA job in Mining & Mining Maintenance

In today’s video I was asked to talk about the T/A’s job.
I look at it from both the mining and maintenance (shutdown) view.
I cover why people have trouble moving from a shutdown job to a mining crew job.

At the end of the video I suggest how you can make that jump, with some help.
If you are planning to head to Kalgoorlie or Perth, then it pays to invest in the mining knowledge you will need to survive in one of these jobs as a Nipper, Truck Operator, Agi Operator or Diamond Driller Offsider.
