Bread for One
1/2 cup hot water
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp active dry yeast.
mix, let sit 2 hrs.
punch down, shape, and let sit 40 minutes
Bake in pre-heated oven at 450 for 12-16 minutes

Soup for Four
sauté 1 chopped onion in butter
4-6 cups water
1/2 - 1 cup milk (any kind)
1/4 cup flour
add 3-4 med size potatoes chopped
2-3 med celery chopped
1-2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Chicken bouillon, salt, pepper to your taste
Boil for 35 minutes
Mash everything partially, and cook another 5 minutes
