Stress testing a custom made kitchen knife!

Hey Hey! Thanks for checking out the video. Here I do my best to stress test a kitchen knife I made in my home shop to show exactly why these are tools that can last a lifetime. I put this knife through punishment that kitchen knives are not meant to go through, and the knife stayed sharp through it all. No edge nicks, rolls or any other damage that a light stropping can't take care of.
