Any new system with the word "strong" at the front of it is straight out of Agenda 2030, as in "strong cities", "strong police" etc, which are all designed to subjugate us.

Using an app for pay is probably the most vulnerable way to pay for anything. Apps can be hacked. Your phone can be hacked. Debit and Credit cards numbers can be stolen. I refuse to use any banking apps, esp since Google censored me and I refuse to authenticate with my phone number for any entity (like I need more crappy people spam calling me). Better off paying with cash so you don't overspend and keep track of your money. Keeps you out of the debt slave mentality. But, you know the excuse, "convenience". No planning or thinking needed - just the way banks want you.
