Delaware County, PA CV-2022-000032 Moton, Hoopes, Stenstrom vs Boockvar, Kathy et al

Statements by HOWARD LAZURUS - Executive Director of Delaware County, PA

STATEMENT 1:
“We are confident that ultimately it will be proven that the (election fraud) claims are fabricated and completely unfounded, and that our systems are worthy of your trust,” Lazarus said, after Moton, Hoopes and Stenstrom produced numerous video clips of election violations by Delaware County election officials. Lazurus implied the videos were "fabricated."

"The Bureau of Elections and Emergency Services are separate computer networks from The County of Delaware and there is no evidence they were impacted by the disruption."

STATEMENT 2:
"Part of our problem in the county, disjointed nature of our IT structure has led to our failure to update equipment, not having depth of resources, which led to, among other things, the intrusion into the system, or the fact that we relied on REALLY ONE PERSON to download (election) results last November."
