Strength Training Exercises For Runners

Strength training for running can be a little complicated. I’ve had to re-program how I view this if I want to maximize my potential as a runner. Things like squats and deadlifts are great but don’t necessarily transfer well to running. In this video I go over a few key exercises that are good for runners.
