Mastectochism: Duct Duct Tape

A woman promotes a brand of binders with a story in which she duct-taped her breasts while sick and ended up with a cracked rib. I have skepticism of the role the binding played in the rib fracture itself, but I discuss the larger health issues of binding and the physical and psychological effect one would reasonably expect physical compression of the ribcage on a daily basis to have on a developing girl.
