- In tonight's show Jester and MovingUnderFire explain that the Joro spider in Georgia poses no threat to humanity as it possibly migrates to the east coast in a year or two. Their fangs are not large enough to penetrate human flesh. They are beneficial by eating mosquitoes and other insects so do not kill them.
- The biologically-engineered mosquitoes are more of a mystery in terms of their effect on humans and the ecosystem. A UK-based biolab engineered male mosquitoes and is releasing tons of them in Key West, Florida and certain California counties in an effort to prevent diseases like malaria, dengue fever and Zika virus from spreading to humans. The males will mate with the females and inject a venom into the females bodies which in turn, will kill their larvae. It is a move to destroy the original mosquito population and replace it with these biologically-altered organisms. GMOs are taking over our food and now our animals.
