â–ª Analysts are predicting continued housing price increases
â–ª Record inflation has driven prices up on all essential items
â–ª Gas has almost doubled in some provinces
â–ª In April a new carbon tax comes into effect
â–ª Employers are paying more in taxes, making it harder to give raises to their employees

The federal debt is now over a trillion and has doubled since 2020. This will likely mean higher taxes in the years ahead, possibly driving many more Canadians below the poverty line.
