Why Are You Wearing a Mask?

This morning, I ran into a guy who was still wearing a mask even though the mask mandate has been lifted across the state of California. I asked him, why?

He did not seem to make a lot of sense at 1st but then I realized that hes the kind of guy who's the best joke around and poke fun at all the stupid government mandates mandates in the state, so if hes willing to wear a mask to protect the rest of us, I say he should be allowed to do so.
