NOPE! 155 Kgs x 3 Squat. Playing it safe! Going to Dial it back.
I felt even more tired than yesterday. Coffee wasn't doing anything. And the weights felt incredibly heavy. My top set was going to be around 172.5-175 Kgs. This was meant to be my last working set before it, and I was originally just planning to film my form before the big one. However, I just felt totally dead, and the reps felt way more taxing and grindy than usual, so I decided to just play it safe, call it there, do my accessory exercises, and call it a day. From here I will dial all of my training maxes back, and work on technique and performance, and hopefully shake off the fatigue.
