Hard Evidence Of The BIO-Labs In Ukraine and The U.S Funding Gain-Of-Function Research

Since the beginning of the U.S media has accused Russia of reporting propaganda regarding bio-labs in Ukraine. After some research, there is significant evidence that the labs are real and the United States was funding Gain-Of-Function research along with Biological Weapons in these facilities. The Department of State website accuses Russia of "outright lying" about the labs, while they actually have the agreements between, then Senator Barack Obama and President Viktor Yuschenko.
