The Walking Suicide (My Original Song)

This is my third song in five days. It's dedicated to people struggling with addiction and loved ones lost from it. Sadly, I've experienced both. I'm using my 1969 Gibson ES 125 TDC for this ruff draft.
The lyrics are:

The stone doctor opened my eyes and I lost my mind, when I swallowed the red one.

Her heels buried in my chest and I must confess, she wasn't the last one.

The bill swallows one more line, one last time.
until you're craving the next one.

chorus:

And you try to control yourself, most times when you are dry.
laying a path for the walking suicide.

Side steppin down the tubes but willing and able,
just not so stable.

Jealous and mad at your friends, when they got some. even your loved ones.

Everything feels serene, so sublime. but who will you leave behind?

chorus

And you try to control yourself, most times when you are dry.
sayin a prayer for the walking suicide.
