The Swordsman 검객 Synopsis:
Set for the duration of the chaotic duration of the Ming-Qing dynasty transition, Tae Yul, the exceptional swordsman in Joseon, lives in seclusion with his daughter Tae Ok in the mountains after failing to defend and stopping the downfall of Gwanghaegun of Joseon. As Tae Yul’s eyesight starts offevolved to fail due to an old damage, Tae Ok seeks to discover a remedy for him. When she is captured and brought away by way of the slave trader Gurutai, Tae Yul is pressured to raise his sword again with a purpose to save her.
