Russia Ran Nuclear Drills in 2016 Involving 40 million People!!!

In 2016, Russia built bomb shelters and ran drills involving almost a third of the population to prepare for the possibility of a future nuclear attack. What precaution has the US government taken to protect civilians? Very little. In the event of nuclear war, Russia seems much better prepared.
