Why non Reaction is so important!

This video covers briefly the idea of non reaction, and how non reaction, and doing our inner work can really help us. It also covers the idea that our consciousness lives outside of our brains, and the knowledge of oneness that this gives to each and every one of us. Keep in mind I'm talking about general non reaction, not about becoming a door mat. It's obvious that we would never not fight back if backed into a corner for our own survival, but it's more focused on healing anger, and the power of dealing with our past, and learning to forgive. Seeking justice only through peaceful means, and the power this gives our souls if we can master non reaction.
