Col. Smith had described earlier that election machine hardware and components are made overseas, some made in China. Based on his knowledge of the millions of attacks on the military, finance, energy and other areas computer systems are hackable. Yet after all that discussion Secretary of State Evnen still affirms these machines are not connected to the internet and were built and assembled not to be connect to the internet by ES&S and he believes this is true!
