UN Security Council, Russia Comments on Biological Weapons Laboratories in Ukraine Funded by the US

"We convened a meeting today because we discovered a Ukrainian military biological program.. our ministry of defence now has documents which confirm that in the territory of Ukraine there was a network consisting of least 30 biological labs in which very dangerous biological experiments were being conducted with the aim of strengthening the pathogenic qualities of the plague, anthrax, tularemia, cholera and other lethal diseases using synthetic biology"

The Russian federation says it will be releasing documents and evidence to be studied by the UN in due course.
