Amendment To The State Constitution Would Make It More Difficult For Taxes To Be Raised In Kansas

A Kansas Amendment to the State Constitution would make it more difficult to raise taxes. I support that idea. Sorry if I sound a bit off, even I agree that I must have been moreso than normal.
