'Just Does Not Make Sense': Sen. Tommy Tuberville Calls For Permanent Daylight Saving Time

In a Senate floor speech ahead of the March Daylight Saving Time change, Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) called on lawmakers to abandon the biannual ritual of spring and fall clock-changing and instead institute a permanent Daylight Saving Time across all U.S. time zones.
