After touring Mdina, we were hungry and there is no better way then to stop to a place called 'is-Serkin' in Rabat to taste those local crunchy snacks called 'Pastizzi' - A thin layered crispy dough (tar-Roċċ) filled with ricotta cheese or peas or anything really these days.
