Shame on Vimeo

I embrace a new platform primarily because I'm tired of being lied to. Please note that Vimeo blames poor quality playback on the customer who pays handsomely for their subpar video platform. Vimeo takes no responsibility for the highly pixelated, poor quality of playback. Instead, they blame the paying customer stating:
"Here are some troubleshooting steps if you notice poor playback:"

-Online Speed Tests {(speedtest.net = 231.5Mbps)but when using Vimeo's recommended source - mytest.net = 31.5Mbps. mytest.net also shows host @ 151.5Mbps and city average @ 181.1Mbps which in itself is suspect. Regardless, Vimeo states that 4K & up requires 22 Mbps.} Conclusion: online speed is not the issue

-Check your source file {source file plays in beautiful 1080p quality}
Conclusion: source file is not the issue

-Frequent buffering during playback {since the buffering line is way ahead of the play point, buffering is not the issue}
Conclusion: buffering is not the issue

-Dropped frames during playback
Conclusion: Not applicable

-Send debug results to Vimeo for analysis
Conclusion: Not an issue related to a specific frame or time stamp. Issue is pervasive
