Chinese company TikTok blocks Russian news - almost

China seems to be helping Russia by blocking TikTok posts painting Russia in a bad light. Hackers find go-arounds anyway. Why is China supporting them? Russia isn't helping itself by keeping bad news off TV. Independent (probably Russian) hackers have hijacked broadcasts to post pictures of the reality in Ukraine. Good.
