What are your thoughts on self-love? More importantly, how much love do you have for yourself?

Most of us know that loving ourselves is vital, but we frequently struggle with genuinely experiencing, expressing, and living it.

For the most part, I've spent my life — as a student, an athlete, in business, in relationships, and in general - seeking perfection of myself, and then falling short and feeling inadequate on a regular basis.

Most individuals I know and work with have some variation of "I'm not good enough" running through their lives, jobs, and relationships.
