Abby Lee Miller says she’s in desperate need of plastic surgery. The “Dance Moms” star has uncomfortable flab around her bra line and loose skin that hangs from her arms after she lost a whopping 127 pounds while locked up in prison for bankruptcy fraud. Making it difficult to firm up, Abby is confined to a wheelchair after doctors removed a cancerous tumor wrapped around her spine. She headed to Beverly Hills for help from plastic surgeon Dr. Saul Lahijani.
