SALE THROUGH Chelsea CAN still be sold despite Britain sanctioning Roman Abramovich.

CHELSEA'S sale CAN reportedly still happen - despite Roman Abramovich having his assets frozen.
However, the Russian would not be allowed to take ANY of the money from the deal or a say in where it goes.
Abramovich was named on a UK Government sanctions list for his connections to Russia and their recent invasion of Ukraine.
But according to i news, despite the heavy restrictions placed on the billionaire and the club, 'an application for a licence to sell the club would be considered' by the Government.
Abramovich would not see the cash - instead, he would have to hand over the whole process to the Government, who then would determine where the money goes.
