250 grams of canned lentils
2 tablespoons of tahini sauce
the juice of half a lemon
a pinch of salt
a pinch of paprika
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of cumin
a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
a flatbread

First clean 250 grams of black cabbage by removing the central stem
Blanch the cabbage for 5 minutes in boiling water
