Russian Missiles Hit Kyiv TV Tower, Ukraine Says

Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said in a Twitter post that a Russian missile struck the TV tower in the capital, Kyiv. Russia's Defense Ministry said earlier that it planned to target communications infrastructure inside Kyiv to hit the source of "information attacks."
