Harris press conference this morning was CGI / Fake / Stitched Together

Once you see it, you can't unsee it.

This is the press conference of Harris and Poland's president this morning. She is supposedly there with him addressing the media about the situation. Only she's not really there. It's all a show.

Notice her black blazer against the red Poland flag seems normal. Then watch the Polish president and you will see a glow around his arm, same black blazer. Then notice how the video keeps buffering. When it buffers you can see the zig zag stitching of the two flags in the middle. He isn't really there. Is it a CGI? If that wasn't obvious enough, the screen keeps showing the green screen because they can't keep the two videos stitched. It wasn't as obvious just watching the TV as-is, but when I started recording with my phone you can see just how obvious the green screen is.

I switched between multiple news channels and all had the same exact feed.
