Peace Talks Fail As Russians Advance On Mariupol

Russia again offered an end to the tragic war in Ukraine if only the Kiev government would recognize Russian sovereignty over Crimea and the independence of the Donbas Republics. Both of these things have been the reality since 2014. These two things will not change any time soon. Kiev could end the suffering of their people if only they would recognize this as fact.
