PTWeb Hitting Power drill

Two kinds of hitters in my way of coaching- (Punchers and Throwers). Some like to feel the muscle activity to be like punching a ball. Others, like to throw both elbows at the same time. Pending on the player, i coach on what they feel as a more natural movement.
