Broomfield woman without water for 30 days after not paying $8,000 water bill from 11 years ago

A Broomfield woman says she's been without water for 30 days after not paying a $8,000 water bill from 11 years ago. She says the bill was from a leak in her home that she was not aware of. Her husband fixed the line within 24 hours of noticing the leak, but by then, the bill was astronomical.
