Challenge 1:
Dark grapes, sweet potatoes, apples are on the higher end of caloric densities. Juice these or mix them into the juices you're making to maximize your caloric intake.
Challenge 2:
You'll have to set aside time and intentionally schedule juicing into your routine. However, I don't recommend freezing juice, you won't get the same nutritional benefit as drinking it freshly juiced.
Challenge 3:
Buying new produce every three days will likely be necessary. Make the time to figure out how much you'll need and how much time it will take you to prep.
Challenge 4:
The people who want the best for you may not know what's best for you. Close friends and family often times want to help you, but take their advice with a grain of salt. They are not experts in every subject.
Challenge 5:
Not a lot of people are going to understand the journey you're on. Begin with the end in mind, and continue towards the goals you've set for yourself, regardless of other's opinions.
Bonus Challenge:
Going on a juice feast has not only helped my physical health, but it has also developed my character as well. Learning to deal with other's commentary has pushed me to be more disciplined and given me a thicker skin to deal with (non-constructive) critiques.
