Bradenton family shares heartbreaking child drowning tragedy to spread awareness and prevention

Three-year-old Lylah Bardwell was one of 19 drownings or near-drownings of children in Manatee County last year. Now her family is speaking out to bring awareness to child drownings, in hopes to save a child's life.
