Man in custody after shooting in Erlanger triggers "code red" alert

A man is in custody after shooting a teen in Erlanger last night. Quenton Abell is charged with assault and wanton endangerment. Police say the victim was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The shooting led to an extensive police search and the county issuing a "code red" alert.
