If you have summons, makes the fight too easy. Summons wont last long though so make sure you keep jump attacking him. Once you hit it enough, his head armor will crack and youll be able to do more damage consistently. If your summons dies make sure you keep a pillar between yourself and the magic spammer. If you dont have summons, its basically the same tactic. Just be more vigilant about keeping a pillar between you and the spammer.
