Mick and I take a trip to the beach trailer to not only replace a water heater but also install 2 new toilets. Mick get a taste of pex fitting work, we tear out old wet stuff, dry and seal floors, find the master bath vent just vents to another room and not outside, busted drain/vent pipe - a makeover after some water damage.
