Russian soldiers claim to have found classified documents belonging to the command of the Ukrainian National Guard. The document was addressed to the heads of northern Kiev, southern Odessa, and western territorial departments of the Ukrainian National Guard.

The document, containing the original secret order of the commander of the Ukrainian National Guard, Colonel General Mykola Balan, dated January 22, 2022, reveals preparations from the Ukrainian side to carry out operations in Donbass, which is now controlled by pro-Russian separatists. “During the special military operation, secret documents of the command of the Ukrainian National Guard were in the possession of Russian servicemen. "I would like to emphasize that since 2016, this formation of Ukrainian air raid forces has been trained by American and British instructors under the "standard NATO" training program in Lviv," added Igor.

In accordance with the order, the Deputy Commander of the National Guard was tasked with organizing the combat coordination of the National Guard tactical-battalion group as part of the 80th separate air assault brigade from February 7 to February 28, 2022.
